N.C.OURAGER

NADIA CAMPBELL, M.A. Ed

As an active listener and innate encourager, I am keen on building and reinforcing relationships amongst teams. I currently serve as the Director of a collegiate leadership development program where I encourage and support personal development via the introduction of content, the connections to leaders in various fields, and the facilitation of community. With over 13 years of facilitation & coaching experience, I have delivered numerous workshops and even keynote addresses.

Originally from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Educational Psychology from Mississippi State University and my Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration with a concentration in Student Affairs from Louisiana State University. In the fall of 2016, I earned my Gallup CliftonStrengths Coaching Certification, which grants me the opportunity to guide students and professionals into reflection on their personal talents and abilities.
